Horatiu is an active promoter of security and risk management practices in every initiative he gets involved in and even in family life. In the past decade Horatiu has been permanently in touch with the security technologies and practices field, leading the implementation of ISO 27001:2005 in large companies in Eastern Europe, as well as numerous Ethical Hacking and security assessment projects for large banking institutions.

Along the security preoccupations that have pushed him to maintain close contact with security research groups and authorities, Horatiu Bandoiu developed several personal projects in the research of cybercriminal psychology as well as in mixing psychology, technology knowledge and positive manipulation techniques in selling security products and projects.
